Absolutely disgraceful. Live chat is absolutely useless. They first send my order by 2 separate couriers the same day one arrived at 12 the other 9pm!. Then the hardware (nuts & bolts) kit is missing for my rattan sofa and all they do is say they will get back they dont so you go through the same process over & over again. Do not buy from these clowns online you’ll regret it
