Ordered patio set and parasol in March was advised that they could not fulfill the whole order so they refunded the cost of the patio set £499.99. They have now emailed and sent a letter asking for the money to be returned as this was sent back due to a technical error. Do they really expect me to pay for something they never delivered. Tried all contact options. Spoke to live chat who said all ok but still receiving e mails demanding payment with 7 days. Do yourself a favour and never use this company. Appalling!!!!
