1 star is too much. Woeful. Their courier left the item in a public place and it was (presumably) stolen. 20 emails later and Wilko do everything and anything to obfuscate and avoid processing a refund. I forced the matter with copies of the correspondence through PayPal - funds returned.
Their customer service 'support' and 'tickets' are beyond condescending. Absolutely avoid. Pay a little more elsewhere and get some service.
