I rarely leave negative reviews, but Wilko has truly earned this one. Their customer service is practically non-existent — no contact number, no real way to speak to a human, just endless automated replies that go nowhere.
They’ve repeatedly lied about delivery attempts, claiming items were dispatched or attempted when they clearly weren’t. It’s a complete waste of time chasing phantom parcels and trying to get answers from a company that refuses to be accountable.
The lack of transparency, poor communication, and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I expected better from a high street name. Wilko needs to seriously rethink how it treats its customers — starting with honesty and a working phone line.
