The staff instore are rude, unhelpful and don't put their customers first (I live in a small town in Norfolk). The laughable customer service I received when addressing my problems via their online contact email address, states they'll reply within 48 hours but after 7 days went by, I reminded them of their 48 hour policy-to be met with a response which they hadn't read my email accurately and it completely dismissed my feedback/complaint.
