Ordered 2 lots of wallpaper with only 1 delivered. 5 and a half weeks later, 5 emails and 2 calls (queue of 80 mins) later and I'm having to do a charge back on my credit card. They refuse to refund unless the supplier tells them they haven't delivered but the supplier apparently isn't responding...... nobody phones back.
Wilko are refusing to refund and are now telling me to wait another week for a response from their supplier... after the week I already waited from my last call. Totally unacceptable, complaint ignored also. DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH THESE INCOMPETENT COWBOYS!!
