If I could give this no stars I would! I ordered foundation and nail polish exactly today one month ago. The customer service is terrible, I asked reagrfing my delivery on the 12th and the next day they I have been advised I have been advised that my parcel has been given to some stranger with the name Nicholas. On that day I have expressed I do not know the person. I looked in my complex and nobody knew him since that day untill the 24 they kept telling me the guy has the parcel they made me feel like a liar as I ahve said several times I don't have the parcel!!! Nobody apologized regarding that they dropped my products with a stranger. The last call I had no compensation nothing were provided I guess it's bacuse I used a voucher that they gave me I'm not valued enough as a customer. The last call she just said the courier guy will trave the parcel and he will call me I didn't make the the order by the courier guy I made it by Woolworths direct I would like to repost this wherever I can because I feel like this and never imagined this from a established company as Woolworths it's pathetic. I have ordered a credit card 2 months ago still not received it, the only people that actually helped me where flamingo square staff and the manager. I have stated several times I need the foundation as I need to travel to the UK and I have acne I just the that but j still felt like a liar. I asked them to send me the Nicholas person number but they don't even have that so I can call him since they just blame me. Untill this day I have nothing. I have stated hoe unhappy I feels s customer, so now I state on social platforms how unhappy I feel over this, how unvalued I feel. No matter if it's part of a voucher or not I paid the rest of the money in even if it's a voucher or not we work hard for our money in this country everyone even your staff, do not treat people like that. I have seen several bad reviews on hele peter just close the online business if you do not have ethics and the customer service proper customer service.
