Just made the best experience with Woolies - I wasn't able to use my MySchool card anymore because the magnetic strip was detached. At the till I asked for a new card and I received one. At home I tried to link the card to my account - because this was not possible to link online I sent an email to Woolies explaining the fact. They came back per email to me and only asked for the new card No. which I sent them back. After 30 Minutes my new card was issued ! What a great experience.
