Terrible service at Durban Weststreet Woolworths. The lady wasn’t really helpful after finding out I lost the cash that I was suppose to pay for the lay-by balance. Tried searching my bag and she was dead bored!!! Until I asked if can I pay with card she said No. and a lady beside her asked me if I have Capitec yes I can. I tried tapping my fwn and the payment wasn’t going through as I have 2cards on my wallet she called another lady to void my item with no communication or explanation that since my card isn’t working can I help onother customer while you still bussy on removing cards. Yhooo!! Starting from today you lost a customer I would rather visits onother Branch. And the name of the cashier is Ziyanda.
