Your Woolworths Dash App is pathetic.
Your chat with shopper doesn’t work.
When the shopper calls you (if they bother), the line is so bad you can’t hear them, then they don’t bother calling back.
No initiative used and after paying R35 delivery, your parcel arrives with most items missing. Not good enough and totally unacceptable.
I then have to get in my car to drive to the store only to find the items in the shelf!!! Very annoying! Complaints fall on deaf ears.
As a regular online shopper this must be the worst app with no plans to obviously fix the problem! I am a daily customer with daily complaints. Do you care ? I think not!
LONGBEACH MALL food section is always out of stock of items I buy on a regular basis and the same answer is “our supplier is out of stock”!
Get your act together.
