26 September: I made an order on the Woolies Dash App. However, my order was not delivered. I called to find out why and I was told that the driver could not get to me via phone calls but I didn't receive any call. On the same call, I asked for a refunds and was told that the money would sent to my account; I asked how long that would take and was told 7-10 working days.
3rd September: I called to find out the status of the refund and was told that it has not been processed as I was supposed to send proof of account and a copy of my ID. I was shocked because this was not mentioned when I asked for a refund. Then, I was told that they would send me a refund voucher.
It's been over 2 weeks of waiting and still nothing yet. No communication at all. I'm so disappointed and never buying again from the app or the store.
