I made an order via the woolworths door dash as a delivery, the driver arrived but apparently could get a hold of me and returned items back to the store, instead of woolworths saying items NOT DELIVERED they said my items were delivered. I eventually called them and told them my items weren't delivered and they said a refund has been processed as yes the driver took items back to the store. I was told to wait 5 to 7 days for the money to appear in my account as it was refunded, guess what I'm still waiting for my refund the service I'm receiving is shocking and disgusting. I feel this door dash app isn't working for woolworths at all it should be cancelled
