From Technical Profile issues to delays in refund,Woolworth online grocery shopping is the worst by far!I ordered my food on the 11th November Saturday afternoon between 11 and 12.Everything was going well until when checked how my order only to find that it was dropped and discontinued. When I called the center to ask why I was told that my cell number was incorrect whilst it's the same number which was used for a previous order. I was told that a refund was going to be made to me.Over 5 days from the order I still haven't received the refund. So no food or funds to buy food for a "Technical issue ".Help center people are not even helpful just script readers.
Don't ever use Woolworth online app if you are in rush for food or your last grocery funds.
