I am an international customer. Tried to add a new address to send flowers to a friend in Bloemfontein. Online would not accept the address. I then phoned, most tel numbers don't exists, when you do get through, you get transferred. One lady even gave me her personal mobile number, 0650073158. Said she will WhatsApp me back, guess what, there was no WhatsApp option. I sent her a message which I once again had to pay fot and has not heard back from her. When I tried to complain online. i received a message that the link is broken. This happened 3 times. I then spoke to someone in CT but still they could not take the address and place the order. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!
