I ordered a few items from Woolworths Dashapp. Firstly I struggled tracking the driver as the app will say en-route and yet you won't even see the street the driver is in.
When the driver arrived he cancelled the order due to not being able to get hold of me as I had an old number in my app.
However I did not receive my order 2 days later no refund nothing. I have been trying to contact the help line and still no one came to my assistance.
I always order my groceries online and I'm not happy to say I expected Woolworths to be better than this. Other stores solve these problem instantly the worst experience ever.
