Frustrated with the wait once the app indicates they are packing and you can chat with your shopper.
My shopper goes on and offline. Does not reply.
I dont think the packing has started and conawuwntlu shopper doesn't acknowledge the messages.
Yet I'm expected ro stand by as shipper only has 5 mins to make a suggestion before moving on.
1 and a half hours later and I receive a sms at that my order has been collected.
But the app still says packing.....go figure
The app is problematic.hardly ever runs smoothly
