I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Greenstone Woolworths.
I bought a pair of jeans in Knysna washed them when i got home to Johannesburg the next day, before wearing them and then discovered they were a size too big.
When I tried to change them I was told they were not in a resaleable condition as they had had been washed.
I am quite shocked at the lack of customer service.
