I went to Woolworths in Rosebank to exchange a linen shirt as I had purchased the wrong size. I was helped by Bongani Ndlela in the Men’s Department. Bongani went to great efforts to find a store which had the size I needed. After 45 minutes of hanging around, I left the store and gave Bongani my contact details. He promised to do his very best to locate a replacement shirt. Later the same evening, Bongani sent a message to me advising me that he had managed to find the shirt in the size I wanted.
