Good day
Today I had the misfortune of having to return 2 defective garments to Woolworths, Cape Gate.
3 staff members.glared at me without greeting.
1 walked away whilst I.was talking!
Then the 'manageress' arrived.
Another 'non greeter'
She proceeded to tell.me that I had damaged the items!
I resent being treated like a criminal when returning YOUR defective items!
Admittedly, I did not have a purchase receipt.
That is not my issue.
My issue is that your staff make it appear as though I am trying to do Woolworths out of what is rightfully mine, and.more importantly .... they have NO MANNERS!
Your after sales service is atrocious!
To say the LEAST!
Very dissatisfied client!
