Today was the worst experience I’ve had with any store or delivery services in my whole life,Woolworths dash delivery called me an hour and a half after I placed my order just to tell me that the driver said that my area is very dangerous and that they won’t be delivering my order,on top of that they told me I needed to request a refund,I need to wait 3-5 working days for this refund to reflect or be processed,but they told me that they can’t deliver mind you ,they have delivered here before and there was no problem, so if my area is so unsafe why is the delivery option available???,this customer service and their communication system is soooo poor and they are very unprofessional,I need to wait to get my money back but was paid to them immediately,this is so unacceptable and horrible,I hope no one make use of their services ever again because they are unprofessional aswell ,in the call staff members are giggling and talking while I’m on the call with one of the consultants ,soooo unprofessional and horrible This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any store , Woolworths was the best store now they downgrading by the day and a lot of people seem to have problems with their customers service and communicating services
