Woolworths handed my account over to mbd, when I requested mbd the amountbi was owing they gave me a price of R6623.91. When I settled this balance they introduced a new balance. The balance they gave me kept on changing, they are not making it easy for me to settle the account. They would not allow me to speak to the manager. When I request the amount they handed me over for at woolworths, they are saying they can't see my account since it was handed over. There are so many stores that hand over people but they do not delete customer information because this exploits customer against companies like mbd
