Paid for my food order twice due to a site glitch. Customer service is absolutely terrible! They say no order has gone through and I have to wait 48 hours for a refund before I can place my order again. What point is there to ordering food online if they just take my money and don't process the order? I would give them zero starts if I could due to their care free attitude to this issue. Am I now supposed to go to a store and buy my items and pay for a third time?
