I sent a query through to woolies regarding my late mom's death benefit on 05/09/24. And this is the response i received from Ashley Mayer on the 13/09/24.

I'm convinced that our query and loss is not even prioritized by this company, whilst a company like TFG took at most 5 days to process our insurance claim through their underwriter guardrisk.
Woolies your day will come, trust me on that one!!
