Appalling customer service!!!! I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Woolies Dash. I placed an order for groceries yesterday, and not only have they not arrived, but I have also been given the runaround by customer service with no resolution in sight. I am unsure whether it is incompetence or arrogance but something is going on there!
Despite the money being deducted from my account, I was informed that I would receive a refund instead of the groceries I ordered. The refund is going to take 3-5 working days, instead of asking me to pay for another delivery fee of R35. I don't want the money in my account I want the groceries!!! This is unacceptable, especially since I had to call to initiate the refund process. Had I not called, when would this have been addressed?
This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope Woolies Dash can improve their service to prevent such issues in the future. They can learn a thing or two from CheckersSixty & PicknPay ASAP
