Woolies pretends to care for customers but when things go wrong, which seems to happen more and more often lately, they have one of the worst customers services. You always feel left “empty”. You might get your delivery or refund eventually, but not without effort from the customer. Not even when they are late do they make a effort to make contact and manage expectations with the customer. They just leave their customers frustrated and having to contact the contact centre themselves. Hold forever to speak to a call agent. Then when you finally jump from nr 7 to 1 after holding forever, they drop the call. After another attempt you get to someone with reading an emphatic message from a pre written script with no explanation on why your order is late or what time you can expect it. Woolies you need to do better. I like your products but the effort is more than the joy.
