Good Day
The day before Xmas, at the boardwalk branch in PE, there was a female manager on duty, whom I’ve seen for the first time. She was very unhelpful & impolite. I hope she was just a backup and not permanently there, as I shop there every second day or so, being 4km from the boardwalk, also we are not at all accustomed to such bad service and attitude!
Thank you for striving for good leadership which we are accustomed to at most, if not, all of the branches!, country wide … Sandton being my favorite branch!
