I ordered fashion items before Christmas and still have not received my order. I have been calling customer services with promise that team leaders would call me back, but they do not!
When they check my details on their system they see that I have waited more than necessary for my purchase, however, I am given no reason for the delay. I am absolutely dissatisfied with how they have handled my purchase. I have asked for a refund as I was given no alternative to correct their actions.
