I lodged a complaint telephonically on the 06/02 about the moldy cake my husband bought on the 03/02.
I was given a reference number after a follow up on the 25/02 and couple of days later I received a written response from a lady by the name of Samantha who promised to sms me a refund voucher in 2 days time yo the value of the product purchased.
We're nearind end of March now, still no refund and no word from Woolworths even though I made follow up emails regarding the voucher. So, so disappointed on how Woolworths is handling their complaints.
