I placed an order with Woolies Dash on the 13th March but had to cancel it. I phoned Customer service 4 times to escalate reimbursement. They said I needed to go to my bank where I was told they could do a recall but that would cost in the region of R600. On Tuesday I wrote an e mail to Custmer Service at Head Office and the next day the money was in my account. They didn’t have the decency to apologize or advise me the money had been paid. I then had to wait 3 days for it to be cleared so I finally have the money today the 21st March. Appalling customer service. They have no qualms about causing stress to loyal customers, and I shall never set foot in one of their stores again
