I am extremely disappointed with the service from Woolworths SA online orders. It has been over 9 days since I placed my order, and I have received no updates or communication regarding the delay. The delivery was assigned to Fastway Couriers, who have been entirely unresponsive and unhelpful throughout the process. This level of service is unacceptable, particularly from a retailer that positions itself as a premium brand. I expected far better and will strongly reconsider using this service in the future.
