This morning I entered N1 City Woolworths and saw a gentleman assisting a customer, he really took his time take the customer through the range... I proceeded to the grocery section looking at the meat.... Suddenly I hear a gentleman greeting the 2 staff packing the fridge and wished them well for the day... I stopped and discovered it's the same guy that assisted the customer.... I complimented him and discovered his name is Eugene and he is a manager there.... The 2 gentlemen told me he greets and wish the staff well daily.... This is the type of managers we need in Retail..... We'll done Eugene may you go from strength to strength....
