My son ordered flowers for me online - they were out of stock of the flowers ordered so sent a completely different cheaper bunch! I took them back to a store to swap and had to pay in the difference although he had ordered and paid for the bunch I swapped for. Customer service couldn't assist despite the store manager having the documents - they wanted the order number but he had kept the documents so I couldn't tell them - I did share his details but they were not interested. Overall a dreadful experience for what should have been a happy gift received.
