Ordered R1200 groceries through Dash, the payment went through but the app just hanged! Now the order does not show on the app but payment was made. Call center is just as useless as the App, telling me to wait 24 - 48 hours for their system to reverse the payment, but there is no order linked to the payment to reverse the payment? They also did not open a case / ticket with no reference number! Now I have to wait for 48 hours to see if I get my money back so that I can order groceries? This company is a f*** joke!
