I’m disappointed with the current online returns process. As a niche retailer, I believe Woolworths should offer a more convenient and customer-friendly solution for returns. I ordered an online-only item that isn’t available in stores, yet the dispatch slip instructs me to return it to a physical store that doesn’t even stock this product line. Need to exchange small for medium size. This leaves me with no choice but to request a refund. However, I originally paid R700, and the item now retails for R800—meaning I’ll lose out if I choose to repurchase. This feels unfair and frustrating, especially given the lack of clear and practical return options.
