Customer service was absolutely shocking. Every person I spoke to over the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. Half my order was incomplete on the woolies app, so I asked for a cancellation and refund — and they simply refused. After speaking to FOUR different people, we finally reached someone who seemed like they might help, but she was just as rude and unhelpful as the rest. Now we’ve been told we have to wait up to 7 business days for a refund — if it even comes. This level of service is unacceptable and honestly embarrassing for a brand like Woolworths. Very disappointing.
