WhatsApp channel helpline doesnt work. Waste of time. Woolworths App also needs to improve in terms of account details and rewards that never show up on the app like they’re meant to. Can’t edit any of my details. Struggle to change My School details too. My rewards doesn’t work on app. How does one get help?!
