Terrible customer service.
Both times i had a bad experience with woolies dash, first time i paid and was invoices for 4 items and only 3 were sent, after contacting woolies customer care several times nothing was done about it, not was i refunded nor given the missing items. Second time i was sent rotten yoghurts, which my kids ate and got sick after eating them, also nothing was done after i called them and told them what happend, not even a email with an apology, nothing, no acknowledgement at all.
I rather buy from checkers, much more reliable and customer care is great.
Woolies should learn from them.
Wont be purchasing again from woolies for sure.
