Order glitch but quickly resolved via webchat
Just ordered 4 USA SIMs and there was an error in the final stage after payment was processed. Webchat (Annie) was very quick and efficient in issuing a ticket so that the order will be processed as expected within the same timeframe. Very helpful and professional. Fingers crossed SIMS now arrive and work as promised.
