I have been incredibly impressed with Matt S in the online chat support for WorldSIM. I was having all sorts of issues (not the fault of WorldSIM) getting my mobile data sim card to work in my WiFi/MiFi unit and he got the whole thing working. He has been exceptional. I cannot praise him enough.
