Bought 2 Sim cards and just couldn't get them to work. Tried to get help and I've used other cards in other country's with no problem. When I tried to get a refund they put me off and I really don't think I'll get it. They didn't seem interested in customer service but were sort of polite in basically saying they weren't going to give me a refund.
I tried Phoning, Emailing and Live chat but I was always chasing them and I think my biggest regret was being taken in by these scam artists.
