I have just been chatting online with Lauren and she has been absolutely amazing. So helpful and so friendly. I have to be honest I was pretty fed up when I first got in touch as felt let down with the company and service provided. However, Lauren with her easy, helpful, 'nothing too much trouble' attitude restored my faith and I have to say, it was a really pleasant experience.
