I have been a customer of XLN for over 13 years and I recently upgraded my business phone to digital as analogue phone lines are being switched off in 2025. I had the unfortunate experience of not having a live phone at my business for 4.5 weeks. The support and call centre were horrendous, nobody knew what to do and were incapable of responding to my calls and complaints. My business is reliant on a phone and the stress and anxiety this outfit caused me was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. I’ve still not had a resolution and a derisory amount of compensation was turned down twice and I’m now having to pursue a claim through the small claims courts. I would certainly not recommend XLN or Daisy. Communications to anyone. I even went to the top CEO (eventually, with some degree of research.) Still nothing. I cannot wait to see out my contract and be done with them. In all the worst customer experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been in business for 35 years. AVOID!
