We've used them for our small hotel for telephone and broadband and they really don't care once they have your money. We contacted them to report a fault. The technical department said the problem was with the router - ie their problem but when we asked for a new router the guy said we'd have to buy one. Why do we have to pay to fix something that isn't our fault. Dreadful customer service.
