XLN sent an engineer to our business to upgrade the connection box without our request or knowledge, the engineer changed the connection box and left us without broadband, we called xln to report the issue , several days later they sent someone to rectify the problem they created , then charged us £160 for it. they are saying because we reported the problem they caused the charge will stand. absolutely abysmal , avoid this rogue company.
