The worst company ever. Biggest mistake don’t join XLN. We joined them in March and it’s been a nightmare. Nothing seems to be working. All the devices even my till and a simple printer doesn’t work. It keeps dropping. We’ve called them numerous time. All they do is speed check. We’ve told them the speed starts by 73 then drops to 54 then 43 then 56 then 34 and keeps going on and on and on. Had a new router in place but still the same issue. Spent hours on the phone to them explain that’s affecting my business and lost of income as customers are walking away due to not even being able to take payments. It seems like they don’t care. Sick and tired of them. Do not waste your time XLN
