I had xln small business broadband for several years with a very bad reception. After many years of complaints I was finally advised to change it for fiberobtics for better reception. They made three appointments to fix the line which non of them was honored. Finally I decided to terminate my services so I could move on to another service provider. It was all agreed and the case was closed, also I was expecting refund for 4 months of being charged without having the services which I did not get a penny, Today I had email and text saying your broadband going live soon. I never asked them to give me another service. I had to call the customer service and they had no clue what’s happening. I had the mist stressful experience since January 2024 and I have a feeling it’s still going to haunt me. You need to be ashamed of yourself to provide such a poor service to a business who is relying to internet for survival. Shame on you all.
