If you thought SKY or BT were bad, these guys take bad service to a whole new level!
After not being happy paying nearly £100 a month for Broadband, I rank and asked to leave they talked me into a new contract at £39.95 a month, the following 2 months they take nearly £400 out of my account, see attached screenshot of my account payments. 3 months later I have no phone line haven't for 2 months, meant to be moved to VOIP but I can't get any help setting this up, I waited for 1 hour on hold and refused to wait any longer.
No I am having to get our legal team involved as they are refusing to issue a refund. The escalation team is far from useless, Clayton sounds like a robot that reads from a screen, honestly, go to talk talk or someone else cheap as these are far from cheap and the customer service is appalling! By far the worst Ive come across of over 15 years in business!
