This Telecom company need to change:
- Their attitude
- to push back their responsibilities onto the customer
- MUST wash their dirty mouth
- STOP being condenscending
Under the excuse you are out of contract your service can increase from £24/Month to £75/Month
For that charge you get a rubbish landline with no service, but a lot of nuisances calls, internet drop or cut out.
When you call, everything is fine, when it is not working.
I am leaving them I had enough of their extortionate price and unjustified
