Switching from an analogue phone line to a digital took 32 days. On day 2 the engineer disconnected my phone and left me without a phone! Customer services are difficult to contact, and poorly informed. The chat box on the website doesnt open from 3 seperate computers (despite them assuring me that it works). Now I want to leave but they will try and charge me the full term. I will take my case to the ombudsman. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
