Abysmal service: they keep increasing the bill and decreasing the service quality.
If you have an issue, good luck getting in touch with some of the clueless drones in the "support team" and I use the term very loosely here: it is more like the "responsibility ping pong team", to be honest (unlike them).
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
